Authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference poster exhibition through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work are cordially invited for presentation at the conference poster exhibition.
Submission of papers
Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts. A selection of best papers will be made by the Scientific Committee of CCR.
Abstract should be no more than 500 words. It should explain the subject, originality, and relevance to Circular Materials Conference. Please fill in the form below with your contact details and the abstract.
Collaboration with MDPI
The Circular Materials Conference 2025 has partnered with two MDPI journals, Batteries and Clean Technologies, to publish Articles or Reviews (subject to peer review) in Special Issues dedicated to the event. This collaboration will provide authors with an excellent opportunity to disseminate their research to a wider audience and contribute to advancements in sustainable technologies and battery research.
Notice
Circular Materials Conference enforces a “no-show” policy. Any accepted posters included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the poster at the conference.
Publication in the Proceedings and presentation at the Conference are conditional on the final acceptance and on the registration of the presenting Author at the Conference. Each registered Author will be entitled to present a maximum of one poster at the Conference.
We accept posters in both portrait and landscape orientation, up to a maximum size of A0.
